Description - Description: North East & North Cumbria ICB previously commissioned two separate children’s speech & language therapy services: one covering the South Tees footprint (Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland local authorities) and one covering the Nort h Tees footprint (Darlington, Stickton & Hartlepool local authorities).
