Description - The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) has a requirement for Splunk Attack Analyzer User Software Licenses.  The software shall meet the requirements stated in the attachment.  This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for com mercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
