Description - Description: Kittilä municipality real estate services is requesting an offer for the maintenance and basic cleaning of Kittilä municipality's sports hall for the period between 16.12.2024 and 31.12.2026.The cleaning work time is 3.50h/day (3h30min /day).Cleaning is done as morning cleaning 5*weeks on weekdays.The hall and two changing rooms that will be used in the morning must be cleaned before 8:00.During the school holidays (autumn, Christmas, winter and summer holidays) the cleaning time is 3.50 hours/day and the cleaning is carried out twice a week as a morning cleaning depending on the occupancy rate of the premises.The contract includes possible Saturday, Sunday or additional work,
