Description - Description: Saltrød housing and care center (hereinafter called Saltrød BOS) is an operating nursing home. The building is more than a 10-minute drive from Arendal fire station, so the building is required to install sprinkler systems in all rooms /areas on all floors throughout the building (incl. attic, basement, corridors, sheds, warehouses, entrance areas, terraces, etc.). Arendal property KF will enter into a contract with a general contractor for the design and execution of sprinkler work at Saltrød BOS. It is pointed out that the work must be carried out while the entire building is in operation and that good and frequent dialogue and cooperation is required throughout the project
