Description - Description: SPS is seeking suppliers as part of a Research and Evaluation framework agreement. The SPS commissions various research and evaluation projects (e.g evaluations of offender behaviour programmes and the implementation of control and restr aint policy).The duration of individual projects usually varies and is dependent on the scope of the research to be conducted.
