Description - Description: This SDDC S&RTS requirement is to provide S&RTS in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. The Government requires performance of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks in a manne r consistent with best commercial practices.
