Description - Description: 7.1 Introduction and background to the tender This invitation to tender (ITT) seeks to obtain the most effective and efficient business courier services provider for the British Council Sub-Saharan Africa (British Council, SSA), as outli ned in the Specification, Clause 7 of the ITT.
