Description - The Defence Reform Act 2014 established the Single Source Regulations Office ("SSRO") as an independent regulator of the UK Government's procurement of single source military equipment and services. The SSRO is the custodian of the single source proc urement framework and has several functions under the Act and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014.The SSRO is seeking to appoint an external organisation to undertake its stakeholder survey and produce a report setting out the analysed and benchmarked results with commentary.The contract is expected to commence on 6 November 2023, we intend the successful contractor to carry out the stakeholder survey in two parts from January to March 20
