Description - Description: The Town of St. Johnsbury is accepting bids for the St. Johnsbury Armory Redevelopment Project Building Remediation. The Site consists of 0.44± acres (Parcel No. 023-004-074-000) and is developed with a 2-story 16,700 ± square-foot (sq . ft.) masonry building constructed in 1916 as an armory. The Site has been owned by the Town of St. Johnsbury since 1975 and was used as a community recreational center until approximately 2009. The Site has been vacant since that time.
