Description - Description: A contractor is sought to supply and install new electrical infra-red heaters and lights, in the Grade I Listed St Mary's Heritage Center, Gateshead. Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust is a small charity that has recently taken on a 99 Lease for the premises and received funding from the Community Renewal Fund to undertake these works.The project is to undertake the works to replace the current suspend ceiling lights in the central aisle of the church building and former chancel with electric infra-red heaters and LED lighting. All works must be undertaken with full awareness and sensitivity to the Listed status of the building. Attached documents show the proposed layouts
