Description - Description: Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for construction of a public footpath through the St Pauls Field site with repair and reinstalling fishing pegs, a birdwatching screen, benches and a smal l bridge along the route, some wildflower seed sowing and tree planting is required.It is proposed to construct a new granular no dig vehicular and pedestrian footpath around the western boundary of a former landfill site known as St Pauls Field at Nazeing, Essex.
