The purchaser is obliged to check the quality of each acceptable batch through examination and, if a defect is detected, refuse to accept it;2. The Purchaser shall be obliged to request the Supplier to replace the defective goods, and the Supplier shall be obliged to satisfy the claim submitted by the Purchaser and replace the defective goods with new ones. The Purchaser shall bear the costs of the initial examination of the delivered goods, and the costs of any subsequent examination of the defective goods as a result of the initial examination
