Description - Description: 1.2.1 The Supplier shall ensure the repair or replacement of the air conditioner/heating-cooling unit (fan coil), chiller no later than 24 hours after the Purchaser's request, and the Supplier shall ensure the repair or replacement of th e remaining heating-cooling and ventilation systems no later than 2 working days. In the event that the part required for the repair of the unit cannot be purchased in Georgia and requires purchase outside the borders of Georgia, the Supplier shall agree in writing with the Purchaser a reasonable period for the delivery of the goods to be purchased outside the borders and the repair of the damaged unit, which shall not exceed 45 calendar days.1.2
