Description - Finland and Norway have made a state agreement, according to which the Finnish state must build reindeer barriers on the banks of the Inari River. As a representative of the state, the Lapland Center for Business, Transport and the Environment is ask ing for your offer for the reports on the construction of the reindeer barrier fence.The aim is to make the procurement decision legally binding as soon as possible after the end of the tender period, but by the end of April 2024 at the latest. The environmental assessment report must be delivered to the customer by the end of January 2025 at the latest.
