Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the statutory risk insurance of permanent and trainee agents of SyAGE. The details of the risks to be guaranteed are defined in the Special Clauses Book (CCP). The ordinary health risk is excluded from the contract.SyAGE is a mixed à la carte union with the following skills:1. Collective and non-collective wastewater sanitation2. Rainwater management.3. Aquatic Environment Management and Flood Prevention (GEMAPI).4. Implementation of the Yerres Water Development and Management Plan (SAGE de l'Yerres).It is specified that the therapeutic part-time guarantee occurring outside the risks described in Article 3.2 of the CCP is requested as an option.
