Description - Description: The Region 9 Board of Education (“Region 9”, “District”, “BOE”, “we”) invites qualified architectural design firms (“Bidder”, “Contractor”) to submit proposals for the design of the Science, Technology, Engineerin g and Math (“STEM”) educational spaces at Joel Barlow High School.
