Description - Description: The London Borough of Enfield (the contracting authority) is the northern most London borough with a population of some 330,000 of whom approximately 40,000 smoke. As part of its ongoing work to improve the health of the population the c ontracting authority is inviting offers to appoint a Stop Smoking Service (SSS) provider for it's first-generation contract.
