Description - Description: The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a paid storage service of agency reserves of diesel oil in order to fulfill the provisions of art. 3 sec. 2 item 2 of the Act of 16 February 2007 on res erves of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and the principles of conduct in situations of threat to the fuel security of the state and disruptions on the oil market (Journal of Laws 2024 item 1281) in the amount of 74,106.139 m³.
