Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified firms to develop an adaptive Storm Recovery Plan (“SRP”) for Commonwealth of Virginia (“the State”) on behalf of the Town of Damascus that will foster a sustainable and more resilient community forest after the devastation inflected by Hurricane Helene to the Town.
