Description - Description: Strategic advice for monitoring CO2 quota markets with an economic operator with access to the quota exchange, and supply, where appropriate, the quantity of CO2 quotas (EUA) necessary to offset greenhouse gas emissions from the Sart Til man central boiler room. Regular exchanges will take place between the service provider and the University to ensure monitoring of the purchasing strategy established at the start of the contract (at least a monthly "report" on market developments and a telephone or videoconference exchange every 2 months is expected).
