Description - Description: The UDI needs a framework agreement for the provision of consultancy within strategic and tactical IT advice. The UDI, in collaboration with the rest of the immigration administration (UNE, UD and the police), will implement the Modernis ed Immigration Administration (ModUlf) programme during the upcoming six-year period 2025-2031. The programme will replace the immigration administration's system portfolio, which consists of the core systems DUF (data system for immigration and refugee cases), Norvis and UDB (the immigration database).
