Description - Description: Pitt County is seeking responses from consultants with experience and expertise in the area of strategic planning to guide the development of a new 3-5 years comprehensive strategic plan for the organization. Currently, Pitt County does not have a strategic plan. Through the strategic planning process, the County would like to have clearly defined goals, objectives, and strategies that can be easily operationalized into the work plans of the various departments within the organization.
