Description - Description: Friends of the Winooski River (FWR) is requesting quotes and timelines for the development of Final Designs for four Stream/Floodplain Restoration Projects across the Winooski Watershed in the form of Strategic Wood Additions. The outcom e of this final design phase will include the measurement and documentation of stream incision and abandoned floodplain along planned SWA areas. Additional deliverables that will be produced during the design phase include VDHP reviews and remaining permitting for the implementation work.
