Description - Description: SpecificationStreet Parish Council is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a footbridge at Street Skate Park under a lease arrangement with Joseph and Frances Clark Trust. Following deterioration to the wooden planks during late December 2024, the footbridge was cordoned off and the Skate Park closed on safety grounds.Street Parish Council has a duty under the lease to maintain the footbridge and are seeking tenders for a contractor to investigate the condition of the pedestrian footbridge and submit a proposal for its repair or replacement. The current lease arrangement is in place until 15th September 2039 upon which time the lease arrangement is likely to be reviewed
