Description - The purpose of the contract is to provide technical support to eight Independent Fiscal Institutions (IFIs) to improve their analytical capacity and strategic orientation so that they can effectively carry out their mandated tasks under EU law. The c ontractor is requested to provide support for: i) developing new tailored macroeconomic and fiscal models and upgrading existing modelsii) improving the IFIs' long-term sustainability modeling capabilities, including climate risk assessmentiii) identifying ways to improve the IFIs' strategic, institutional and operational efficiency given the reformed framework for financial governance in the EUiv) increasing IFIs' outreach and visibility to the
