Description - Description: The municipality of Houten is looking for a construction consultancy firm to perform the test on the structural safety of the (construction) plans submitted to the municipality (applications or granted environmental permit - technical co nstruction activity). The (construction) plans submitted to the municipality (competent authority) are processed in the execution of the statutory tasks by the VTH department (Permitting, Supervision and Enforcement). All permit applications that have to do with building and renovation are processed by this department. This can vary from permit-free to building permit, demolition permit, monument permit and, for example, a construction permit. se
