Description - Description: The object of the measure is the structural merger of the "Children's and Youth Center" at Nahariyastr.19, 12309 Berlin-Lichtenrade (KJH), the Family Center (FamZ) at Nahariyastr.33, 12309 Berlin-Lichtenrade and the creation of rooms for neighborhood-serving uses. The KJH is to be retained in its current form, but renovated in terms of energy and technology. The space requirements for the neighborhood and the family center are to be covered by a 2-story extension on the current parking lot along Nahariyastrasse.
