Description - Description: The NRW State Road Construction Authority intends to build a new road maintenance depot in Lohmar. The existing road maintenance depot has reached the end of its technical lifespan and operational usability in terms of its structural int egrity, the size of the workshops, vehicle and equipment halls, and the central areas of building services. Renovating the existing building is uneconomical, as it will not solve the central problems. A replacement new building for the entire road maintenance depot is therefore planned on the same site.
