Description - Description: This call for tenders concerns civil engineering services for the study and monitoring of the construction of the infrastructure of the new tracks and civil engineering works. Services related to geotechnics, the environment, railway tec hnology, safety installations, the contact line, as well as low voltage are not part of this mandate (except LC and IS foundations, and cable channels). However, services for the coordination of all stakeholders are part of the mandate and will be described.
