Description - Description: The procedure for creating the Remarkable Heritage Site in the commune of Saint-Laurent du Maroni is carried out in two phases. The first phase concerning the application for the SPR covers the following missions: - Mission 1: Finalizati on of the study prior to the creation of the SPR. This mission consists of developing a summary of the heritage diagnosis, identifying heritage issues and developing a reasoned proposal for a protection perimeter based on the preliminary heritage study attached in the appendix, - Mission 2: Assistance with the administrative procedures for classifying the SPR, namely: obtaining an opinion from the National Commission for Heritage and Architecture
