Description - The Assignment is divided into two (2) sub-assignments (these are NOT lots!):- Sub-assignment 1: Integral architectural assignment for the first phase of the new infill and renovation works;- Sub-assignment 2: Drawing up an image quality plan for the outer shell and the adjacent environment of the Courtines, which will be renovated in phases at a later stage. The Contracting Authority has drawn up a Project Description (Appendix 4) to further frame the Contract, in which (the object of) the Contract is further described and framed, and in which the realization of the Assignment as well as the basic objectives that the Contracting Authority wants to achieve with the Assignment are described.
