Description - The purpose of the contract is to carry out studies and missions prior to the deployment of heating and/or cooling networks on the territory of the City of Wissous. The services to be carried out are: - in-depth opportunity study on the whole territo ry (Mission 1),- feasibility study of the scenario selected during the previous Mission for the creation of a heating and/or cooling network on all or part of the territory (Mission 2). Other additional studies may be launched for in-depth analysis of a particular point by the holder. They will be the subject of purchase orders
