Description - The mid-term evaluation of the Internal Security Fund (ISF) for the period 2021-2027 must be completed by the Commission by December 2024 at the latest. the period 2014-2020 must be completed by the Commission no later than June 2025. DG Migration an d Home Affairs is seeking an independent policy evaluation service provider to carry out a supporting study to collect, review and assess quantitative and qualitative evidence to answer a set evaluation questions. The support study must follow the methods and standards for better regulation.
