Description - Description: The service of carrying out a survey of chiroptera of the Estonian and Latvian joint offshore wind farm project (ELWIND) is ordered as part of the environmental impact assessment. The aim of the work is to carry out a comprehensive study , which will find out the possible harmful as well as positive effects of the planned activity on bats living in Estonia and Latvia and migrating through these countries.
