Description - Description: The contracting entity proposes to conclude a contract for the supply of 23 pieces of submersible waste water pumps. The minimum mandatory requirements necessary for the execution of the contract are presented in the Specifications. In a ccordance with the provisions of art. 172, paragraph (1) of Law no. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting entity . The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submitting offers: 6 days.
