Description - This contract relates to the subscription of subscriptions to scientific newspapers, journals and periodicals on paper and/or electronic media, chosen by title or in packages as well as to electronic scientific databases. The needs of the Condorcet C ampus include publications with limited circulation from small publishers, institutions, universities, learned societies or associations. Excluded from the scope of this market are magazines, bouquets and databases which are the subject of a group order supported by the ABES and those for which the publisher or a broadcaster reserves exclusivity.
