Description - Description: 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products according to the needs of the Ordering Party, divided into 84 parts, hereinafter referred to as packages. A detailed description is provided in Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Assortment and price forms. 2. The implementation of the order will commence after the conclusion of the agreement, but not earlier than from 07.01.2025. The period of implementation of the order is 18 months from the date of commencement of its implementation. 3. The Contractor will be bound by the offer for a period of 90 days, i.e. until 18.03.2025. The period of the offer validity begins with the expiry of the deadline for submission
