Description - Description: The project is the redevelopment of the old Sunbury Fire Station site into a new five-storey mixed-use development. The new Community Hub will contain provision for Surrey County Council (SCC) communityservices at the lower levels with a main entrance to the east of the building accessing the lower three stories.
