Description - Description: As part of the Lower Brown Hill Creek Upgrades, the Board is upgrading the Birdwood Terrace culvert and, in conjunction with its appointed construction contractor and with input from APA Gas and the Office of the Technical Regulator, has developed a temporary design and methodology to support the gas transmission line while removing the existing structure underneath the pipe, and installing new culverts.
