Description - Description: Description of the assignment:Providing invigilators as flexible workers to the Client. The Contractor is formally the employer, carries out the recruitment and selection and maintains the group of available persons (the invigilator pool ) and at a high quality level. The Client is involved in the daily management and supervision of the invigilators. The temporary employment clause applies as a starting point and the collective labor agreement for flexible workers of the ABU or NBBU applies. An exception to this is article D5 paragraph 1 of the collective labor agreement for higher professional education; this article prevails over the aforementioned collective labor agreements.
