The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of disposable medical supplies (hereinafter referred to as goods) of the type and in quantities specified in the price form constituting App endix No. 2 to the SWZ, on the principles specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
