Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Deliver Activated Carbon for Air Scrubbers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
