Description - Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. This is a contract awarded as a group of orders, in application of articles L.2113-6 and L.2113 -7 of the Public Order Code, between Ca Val d'Yerres Val de Seine and the commune of Montgeron. The contract includes the supply and delivery of natural gas (P1) as well as maintenance (P2) and major work on equipment (P3). Ca Val d'Yerres Val de Seine is appointed Coordinator of the group for the procedure award until signature and notification of the contract (including representation of members in court for any dispute). Execution and settlement are the individual responsibility of the members
