Description - Description: The estimated value without VAT: according to Art. 2, par. (1) of GD 24/2024 -, “PNMS consists of daily granting, free of charge, of a food support consisting of a hot meal within a daily value of 15 lei/beneficiary, including value ad ded tax. Thus, the estimated value of a meal is 13.76 lei without VAT/beneficiary, for the days of the school year 2025. The duration of the contract is about 9 months, depending on the completion of the purchase.
