Centre for Management Development invites tenders for Supply and installation of
Video Conference equipment.
Those who are able to quote in accordance with our requirements, may please
submit your bid in sealed covers super scribed as “Supply and Installation and of
Video Conferencing equipments”

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work for this tender includes the Supply and Installation of Video
conferencing Equipments as per the specification at the Office of the Technical
Committee for KIIFB Assisted works, Health & Family Welfare Department, 2nd
Floor, DME Annexe Building-2, Directorate of Medical Education, Medical College,
Thiruvananthapuram
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
The tender shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 90 days from the date
of opening of the price bid of the tender. If any tenderer withdraws his tender before
the said period or makes any modifications in terms and conditions of the tender,
then the "Centre for Management Development" has the liberty to forfeit the said
Earnest Money Deposit.
EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred
only) shall be paid through DD/ RTGS/NIFT/Digital means on or before the last date.

Note: In case of transfer of money towards EMD/ tender fee is made by above

towards Supply & Installation of Video Conference quipments” in the subject.

The Earnest Money/ tender fee may be deposited by way of Demand Draft
drawn in favor of Director, Centre for Management Development payable at
Thiruvananthapuram and Demand Draft shall be enclosed with Technical Bid.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The documents may be downloaded from the Tenders section of the website
www.kcmd.in
2. Tender shall be accompanied with Earnest Money (EMD). A bid will not be
considered, if not accompanied with EMD.
3. Application for this Tender supported by prescribed Annexure/ Format shall
be submitted manually to Centre for Management Development, C V Raman
Pillai road, Near Norka Roots, Thycaud P.O, Thiruvananthapuram 14
4. The bidders are advised to keep visiting the website of CMD (www.kcmd.in)
from time to time for any updates in respect of the Tender document notice,
if any. Failure to do so shall not absolve the applicant of his liabilities to
submit the Tender document complete in all respect including updates
thereof, if any.
5. The Director, Centre for Management Development reserves the right to
verify the particulars furnished by the bidder independently. If any
information furnished by the bidder is found incorrect at a later stage, he will
be held responsible for the losses sustained to CMD if any and shall be
debarred from tendering and taking up of any work in the future.
6. The Director, Centre for Management Development reserves the right to
reject or all prospective applicants without assigning any reason.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Installation has to be made by the Supplier without any extra charges.
2. Tenders shall be made in ENGLISH with price for delivery, installation
and commissioning of Air Condition System. The bidder shall express
the price of their assignment/job in Indian Rupee only (INR).
Prices/quotations in currencies other than INR shall be summarily
rejected.
3. The price quoted should be firm and quotation has to be valid for a
period of 90 days from the date of opening of tender.

4. If any of the facilities provided by the bidder is not found acceptable,
CMD has the complete right to reject the facilities without giving any
compensation.
