Description - Description: CEA Grenoble has recently acquired a JEOL NeoARM transmission electron microscope (TEM) and wishes to acquire a cryogenic transfer module. This supply must be able to meet the following minimum technical requirements: o The proposed CMOS camera must be retractable in the axis, and must be able to be easily integrated into a JEOL NEOARM transmission electron microscope. o The proposed equipment must meet the advanced requirements of applications in materials science and biology, in particular through the rapid acquisition of images and diffraction patterns. o The camera must have a user interface capable of collecting & displaying HAADF and EDS X-ray images.
