Description - this contract was passed by the Urban Community of Angers Loire Métropole acting as coordinator of a group of orders constituted by agreement “Routine supplies and services” of May 5, 2021. The parties involved in the consultation are: Angers Lo ire Métropole (group coordinator) and the city of Angers. Single-award framework agreement without minimum and with maximum concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
