Description - Description: This contract concerns the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Municipal Technical Center and the Plans school group.In compliance with article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code, the contract is divided in to three (03) lots as described below. Candidates have the opportunity to submit an offer for one or more lots.In application of article L. 2112-5 of the Public Order Code, from their date of notification, each of the lots will become a separate contract.The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date set by the OS for starting the services.
