Description - Description: Summary of the contract: This contract concerns the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Municipal Technical Center and the Plans school group.In compliance with article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code, t he contract is divided into three (03) lots as described below. Candidates have the opportunity to submit an offer for one or more lots.In application of article L. 2112-5 of the Public Order Code, from their date of notification, each of the lots will become a separate contract.The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date set by the OS for starting the services.
