RE -TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
Competitive Tenders invited for the “Supply and installation of Proflex PCR for NSPAAD
Project Phase II, KUFOS, Panangad, KUFOS, Panangad” with requirements/ specifications as
attached herewith is extended as follows:

The envelope containing the Tender should bear the superscription “Supply and installation of
Proflex PCR for NSPAAD Project Phase II, KUFOS, Panangad, KUFOS, Panangad,
GA7/5018/2023” and should be sent to the Registrar, Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean
Studies, Panangad, Kochi – 682 506, Ernakulam District.
Intending firms/individuals can submit their tenders in the tender form downloaded from the official
site of KUFOS with detailed specification. The tender cost @ 0.2% of the quoted amount( Subject to a
minimum of Rs.400/-) + 12% GST of the tender cost and EMD @ 1% of the quoted amount (subject to
a minimum of Rs.1500/-) shall be transferred by means of E- payment to the SB account
No.67149674791 with State Bank of India, Vyttila branch (IFS Code: SBIN0070517), favouring 'the
Finance Officer, KUFOS', and documents in proof of the money transfer shall be attached along with the
offer. Tender without Tender cost and EMD will not be entertained.

AAHM, KUFOS Panangad on all working days with the permission of undersigned. As per DSIR
registration, necessary exemption can be availed for customs & excise duties for the purchase. The
University is eligible for relaxation in GST as per Notification No.45/2017 Central Tax (Rate) dated
14.11.17. Our GST Regn. No. is: 32AAAGK0031Q1ZL.
The rate quoted should be firm and inclusive of all taxes. Period of firmness during which the
rates would be firm is 60 days from the date of work orders.
All the terms and conditions applicable to University/Government quotation/Tenders are
admissible to this also. Right to accept the Tender in full or in part or to reject without assigning any
reason whatsoever is reserved with the undersigned.
